What's The News On Michael
Here are two small examples of how Michael’s “Can Do Attitude” and “Infectious Smile” have inspired, educated, and supported people with disabilities in society.
As a young adult living with Cerebral Palsy, Michael Borotolotto faced numerous prohibitive barriers and formidable obstacles in his search for meaningful employment. Faced with society’s lack of awareness, limited thinking, misconstrued perceptions, and exclusive acts of discrimination, the path forward was especially challenging. Frustrated but determined, Michael turned adversity into an opportunity to learn, grow, and transform society’s barriers and obstacles into stepping stones for personal growth and success.
Driven by his persistent commitment to being an active and productive member of society, Michael established his professional speaking career and business in 1986. With his “Can Do Attitude” and “Infectious Smile,” he inspires and educates audiences from all walks of life. His message emphasizes the importance of embracing social inclusion, diversity, equity, and resilience in creating mutually beneficial (“Win/Win”) successes for individuals, organizations, and communities alike.
